Fifth Harmony Channel Destiny’s Child On New Track ‘Voicemail’
When Fifth Harmony dropped ‘7/27′, the girls elevated their sound by incorporating a more rhythmic, tropical sound that saturated the album and left very little room for any variety.
Out of nowhere, it seems like the 5H girls are ready to add a little color to their latest effort. In a Kanye/’The Life Of Pablo’, a bonus track from ‘7/27′ popped up on Napster in the UK (of all places) and is essentially now part of the record’s official track list.
Why two months after the album’s release? Why on Napster, in the UK? We’re not entirely too sure. What we’re sure of is that ‘Voicemail’ is pretty decent track. The song is very much rooted in a late 90s/early 200os – very comparable to what Destiny’s Child did in the earlier day and anything that came from Darkchild during this time in pop.
5H fans should be thrilled with this new girl power jam. Casual pop fans also shouldn’t have a problem bopping their heads along.
