Big Sean Drops ‘No More Interviews’ & ‘Bounce Back’
Big Sean may have dipped his hands in a few side projects over the past year, but now it’s time for Sean Don to take back the mic and focus on his fourth record.
Over the past twenty-four hours, Sean has dropped not one but two new tracks – ‘No More Interviews’ and ‘Bounce Back’, the lead single from his untitled forthcoming album.
Co-produced alongside Amaire Johnson, ‘No More Interviews’ finds Sean in a three-minute rant about his success over the past year, Naya Rivera’s tell-all book, his fall out with Kid Cudi, and the state of rap this year (that ‘And I’m just not impressed by you niggas rapping fast/Who sound like one big asthma attack but trash when I’m rapping it back line’…).
As for ‘Bounce Back’, it’s soon to be your go-to club anthem. With a hand from Metro Boomin, Sean arrives right on trend and successfully takes centre stage as one of the most exciting rappers of his generation. There’s a little bit of a shot taken at his peers that have had the biggest years of their careers (Drake, Desiigner). It’s subtle, but you can pick up on it in his flow.
